Terms and conditions
1. General Terms
- Fairy Dreams offers pre-orders ONLY for the time being.
- We will be caping at minimum 30 pieces per pre-order
- We will only send in orders to our supplier once we have minimum 30 pieces.
- Should the item you want is OOS and you still want it, restocking will be minimum 10 pieces per item.
- Terms and conditions may change without prior notice.
2. Ordering Policy
- To order, email us your orders to order@fairydreams.tk or simply fill in your orders in our order form. Rest assured as the form will directly go to our email and will not be viewed by any third parties.
- Once orders are sent via the order form, no backing out is allowed.
3. Payment policy
- Payments are to be made via POSB transfer
- Meet-ups are only available for orders above 20 pieces
- Payments are to be made in full before orders are able to be sent in.
4. Refund Policy
- Once orders are confirmed and payment is being made, no refund is allowed
- Should there be a case of an OOS (out of stock) item, customers are allowed to choose either to replace it with another item which is not OOS or opt for a refund of 65% only.
- In any case of serious defects on the items, refunds are not allowed however, you may request for an exchange. (Refer to exchange policy)
5. Exchange Policy
- Items sold cannot be exchanged or refunded except for serious defects.
- We will inspect your items and make sure they ae in good quality before posting them out
- In very rare cases will there be serious defects that are undetected by our checks.
- According to our supplier, comments from past customers about quality have been very encouraging so you do not need to worry about quality

Below are reasons that are NOT considered as serious defects and cannot quallify for exchange or refund:

[a] Personal dislike, change of mind after purchase.

[b] Slight colour differences (same colour range or any other minor physical differences), thread, fray ends, wrinkles, slight mis-alignment of seams, minor tear on seams which can be hand-stitched.

[c] Button loss (replacements of button will be sent to you. In the event that the same button is not available, we will send a full set of replacement buttons which will mtch your clothing).

[d] Minor stains (especially on light coloured clothes) e.g washable stains, smudges and dirt

[e] Size: clothes do not fit. therefore, please take note of measurements stated when making purchase.

[f] Claiming that the cutting of clothes is not good

[g] Deliberate damage of clothes such that it will warrant for an exchange
- All request of defective exchanges must be accompanied by a zoom out image of the defective area and send it to us within 2 days upon receiving the items.
- Request of exchange will not be entertained afterwards.
6. Collection Methods
- Postage is the only option for items below 20 pieces.
- Postage fees are to be made by customers themselves.
- Postage price are as follows:
Local postage rates
Normal Postage for 1 piece: $1.00
Normal postage for 2 pieces: $2.50
[add $1 for every piece for above 2 pieces]
Postage fore items above 10 pieces will be weighed.
Registered postage: add $2.24 on top of the total Normal postage fee.
Overseas postage rates
A flat rate of $7.00 per piece including tracking number (registered postage)

Only available for orders above 20 pieces.
- Time of meet-ups are at our convenience.
